Aggghhrrr, video.kg is not accessible from outside of Kyrgyzstan. They should use YouTube!!!!
Ah, sorry. The one minute-long video is of a Kyrgyz traffic policeman taking bribe from a guy, not checking his documents, and putting the money in his pocket.
Unfortunately, I don't have video file to put on YouTube.
